    I had multiple estimates for my roof and Paul Bange from the beginning was the best choice. Donna was great and had a rep come out and look at my roof before they estimated any costs and when I received the proposal, they explained everything clearly and when completed I could not have been happier. The process from beginning to end was perfect. Highly recommended.

    Donna was very kind professional courteous and very efficient she did an excellent job that communicating with me about a roof inspection for a re-roof he explained everything to me very clearly she gave me the impression that she really cares about her customers and she did a wonderful job at explaining everything if I owned my own company or any business whatsoever dealing with the public I would most definitely want her on my team she's a very wonderful person

    I wanted to take a minute to share. I've know the name Paul Bange roofing for years. They have always been great. They have assisted me the past 4 years with my parents home. Wendy in the office is amazing. Always very courteous and very reponsive. Also, Aaron in the field is remarkable. His response always on point. Takes the time to listen as well as explains everything without completely. Was able to provide me an estimate immediately. Wants to say...thank you thank you for what you do. Not many companies now a days can provide this type of serivce anymore. Looking forward to working together.

He was prompt, responsible, and did exactly what he said he would do. With over 30 years of experience, he was an absolute pro-great communicator, kind, and thoughtful.     Still pending them to come back so I will update once everything is complete. So far my experience has been mixed. The work they did has been good. I appreciate that they did not rush through replacing my roof. The only concern I had was the communication could be better. It takes a few days up to a week to hear back from someone when there is a question or concern. Sometimes I have to call a couple of times before I get a response. I have not received my permits and the roof has been completed for over a week. I also have a small leak since the rain and I am waiting for someone to come back out to check on it. Once they finish that I will update my review. Edit- they came back to fix the leak and so far so good. Jordan has been great and I am pleased with the way my roof came out. 4/17/26- update. Donna has been great with getting everything set up and finalized. Overall happy with Paul Bange and I would recommend them for roof replacement
