    Aaron was assigned my residence for the sales pitch, and we couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. he handled every aspect of our contact with Paul Bange and helped guide me through all the step I had to go through to get my residential roof replaced. Everything we discussed and agreed to he helped make a reality with absolutely no unresolved issues, and a roof my neighbors have all commented looks great, and they have told me that those guys really know what they are doing, and I couldn't agree more. after my roof was stripped and the primary base was layed down the rains started and we did have a leaked that started at 10pm, I called the office number and a real-life person actually answered and a 2-man crew was at my house by 11pm, they fixed the issue offered to clean my kitchen and then showed up at 8am to do a daylight inspection of my whole roof. the whole job was completed in the timeframe I was told, and I had zero issues and Aaron answered all my calls within minutes and absolutely knew what he was talking about. IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE...JUST CALL PAUL!!! oh and Thank You Aaron for everything!!!

    I had a cracked tile on my roof. So I called Paul Bange Roofing. Josh came over on time and was very respectful. He also seemed very knowledgeable. He even offered to fix the cracked tile if I had the peace that had broken off. Unfortunately I could not find the broken peace. I definitely will use this company if any roofing problems arise in the future. Josh showed me some great integrity that I haven't seen an a long time. Paul bange roofing has earned My trust.

    Paul Bange Roofing reroofed our home and were a great company to work with. They gave us a straight forward and fair estimate. Our Estimator/Roofing Specialist, Aaron Massre, answered all of our questions and was very personable and easy to reach before, during and after the job was completed. All of the employees we came across made a great impression and let us know they valued us as customers. They talked to us each step of the project and let us know what to expect. Simply stated we had a great experience!

    Bange roofing put a new shingle roof on my home 6 years ago. I noticed some stains on my ceiling and called this morning to have them check for a leak. They told me someone would be out between 12 and 2 pm, and that I would get a call prior alerting me. Aaron called at 11:30 and said he would be here in 20 minutes, which he was. I showed him the problem, and he went up into the attack and crawled to the area in question. He took pictures, which he showed me. He said he found no evidence of a leak, but would go up onto the roof and take a look there as well. He did and took more pictures, and reiterated he found no evidence. Honesty and professionalism is pretty cool these days. I won't hesitate to call them again if needed.

    Completely satisfied with Paul Bange roofing. The office staff are responsive, pleasant and professional. John, who came out quickly to give me an estimate was very knowledgeable. He did not try to over sell what was needed. The quote was reasonable and fair. I appreciated being able to contact John after the estimate to ask questions, and he was immediately responsive. When the crew showed up (Ryan and Francois) to the house to do the work they showed up on time, and explained everything, showed me pictures as they progressed and I felt very confident in their competency and workmanship. I am very happy with the completed job and will use Paul Bange roofing again without hesitation.

    Aaron, my sales specialist, was professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. My roof was repaired on time, I received great service throughout the process, and I would highly recommend (both Paul Bange and asking specifically for Aaron)! When I had any needs, Aaron responded immediately to my needs.

    Have you gone to a mechanic and they try to upsell you things you don't need? Well that DOES NOT happen at PBR. I thought I had a roof leak - I was convinced that I had a roof leak and Alex from PBR came over twice (my fault) and gave me proof that the water stains on my ceiling is very likely from my window upstairs and AC leaking. I'm amazed with their honesty and transparency. When was the last time you called a service provider and they don't upsell you? I'm very pleased with my experience with PBR and I highly encourage others to give them a call. They run a honest business and I'm sure they'll take good care of you. They will be my number one and only call when I'm ready to replace my roof. Thanks Alex!

    Just had our roof done by PBR. We're very pleased with the work and professionalism of the staff during the whole process. No headaches. Our sales guy was Alex Christodoulou and he was always engaged, from the sales call to the final inspection. He answered all our questions and was always pleasant and professional.

    After contacting 2 other roofing companies which came out to my home & ONLY inspected the exterior and the interior, but DID NOT go into the attack, Aaron, the tech advised me what the 2 issues could be & saved me $$$$! All other companies came out & wanted over $1200 to repair without further inspecting in the attack. Aaron took the extra step & I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Thanks Aaron, I appreciate it!

    Had what I thought was a roof leak & called Paul Bange Roofing, The Estimator sent was Matt Palumbo, on time, Professional, and very helpful. He spent time helping me find the source of the leak, and it wasn't the roof. He explained what it would take to fix my problem for less than $50.00 and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will use them when it comes time to replace my roof and am recommending them to all friends and family. Good guys.

    I got a roofing quote from Paul Bange roofing recenely and found their entire staff including the estimator, Aaron to be very professional and efficient. **** Edit! : they are now a part of the program! **** I ended up selecting another roofing company simply because Paul Bange wasn't in the MyFloridaSafeHome program, but I would have otherwise! **** Edit! : they are now a part of the program! **** They did my mothers roof about 20 years ago and it's still in great shape, never had a leak.

    Seen Paul Bange commercial and gave them a call. They sent roofing estimator MATT PALUMBO to check out the problem that i was having. Matt is was prompt with communication, and very responsive. He gave me a detailed review of what the problem was , and the different options to correct it. Matt Palumbo is an extremely nice person, and I'm glad that they sent a person who would listen to my concerns and addressed them without any BS. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

    What an amazing Job! My roof had a major leak and so I started shopping roofers and called only a couple companies before I reached out to Paul Bange roofing and was immediately sold! The professionalism, products, prices and most of all customer service was out of this world! Ralph walked me and my husband through everything that had to be done, answered every question and phone call! He was so nice, efficient and trustworthy. Honestly, we probably wont shop anywhere else for our roofing needs because of Ralph and this great company! They did such an amazing job and we are so grateful! Thank you!
