    We had a leak in our roof. We reached out to Josh and he was quick to respond and showed up right when he said he would. He was able to locate where the water was coming in at, explained the process to us for making the repair and was able to get the crew out right away to resolve the issue. We will be in the market for a new roof in the near future and will definitely be calling Josh when that time comes.

    I had my roof replaced by Paul Bange Roofing in 2020 and so far so good. I had a good experience overall. The price was competitive and I had a few other quotes. The sales/quote team is very professional and courteous. Although the actual roof workers didn't clean up the debris left behind such as pieces of tile, flashing and fasteners. Other than that, as mentioned, so far so good. On August of 2022, I noticed a small leak in my carport flat roof. I'm going to call Paul Bange Roofing for a warranty repair and will update my review after that experience.

    My roof was over 20 years old and already had a leak above my garage. I knew I needed to change the roof as soon as possible and before the worse months of hurricane season came. I started looking for roofing companies during the Spring of 2022. I had a friend who highly recommended to contract Paul Bange for new roof installation. After 4 or 5 quotes from different companies, I decided to go with Paul Bange and it was the best decision I made. The company was extremely professional. They have a long-term reputation for quality and excellent service. They have had years of experience with roof needs. Aaron Massre was awesome, he was available throughout the process from beginning to end. He made it easy for me and took care of all the arrangements needed for the roof to be installed. He was always accessible to answer questions. He was upfront and honest about the expenses, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you, Paul Bange Roofing and Aaron, for my new gorgeous roof. I'm now storm ready!

    I would not choose another roofing company for my family or friends needs. The warranty is unmatched and efficiency to quickly tackle the job.     Great experience from Paul Bange roofing. From start to finish. First of all, the long history of the company gave me a sense of security, they've been around for over 30 years and have built up a great reputation. I called to schedule a quote and John Kenney showed up. John is very knowledgeable and a no BS kind of guy. I really felt that he knew what he was doing and what he was proposing. I took a few days, got more quotes from competitors and decided on Paul Bange. My decision was based on the company's name, reputation, guarantees and John's professionalism. They weren't the cheapest but they provided me something to way more important, peace of mind. The permit process took long as the city was backed up by the demand but the permit department and lily were on top of it. I have to say that LILY was the person that really made this a wonderful experience. She followed up when needed to, always returned my calls and always answered in the same way "thanks for calling Paul Bange, how can i make you smile Today?" She is an absolute gem and Paul Bange is lucky to have her. People like that are hard to come by. Once we got the permit, they called me to begin a few days later (weather permitting). It was a sight to be seen, the day the began, an army of 12-15 people showed up. It was like the armed forces descended on my property. Neighbors lined up to see the show. They were efficient and put it a 12 hour day. They took about 4-5 days to finish completely and made sure to clean up each day. I was very happy with the job that was done and would highly recommend them. They did such a great job that I recommended them to my family and they are now waiting permits for that house.

    My roof is finally complete and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work. I originally was extremely frustrated with some delays to get the work done but some of it was beyond the control of the company. Omar has been awesome throughout the entire process. I also just spoke with Christina and she was so nice and helpful. She was following up to see if there was anything else I needed and told me not to hesitate to reach out if the did. I definitely would recommend this company.

    I had an excellent experience with Paul Bange Roofing, I was introduced to Carlos Cruz, he assisted me on two different occasions we found him to be very knowledgeable in his field, he had many things to discuss with me that I had not even considered previously. On the second occasion, he promptly arrived to our home and gave me a price quote for not only a metal roof but also a tile type roof. He was able to give me a breakdown of various items and explain to us the benefits of metal vs tile roofing. His professionalism shined through, we were very impressed, I felt that he genuinely cared and wanted what was in our best interest. Carlos has gone above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Carlos.

    Paul Bange Roofing is the company you need if you need a new roof! Paul the owner I only met once but I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Paul had an answer for everything. I didn't know him long but he seemed like a kind and good guy. Blake, the project manager, he's your guy for everything. You need help with the HOA, he's there for you. He answers all your calls immediately or returns them right away. He'll keep you updated. I lost count how many times he's helped with from forms to selecting tiles. Reggie D and Gama are the supervisors who are in charge of the tiles being taken down. Everyone is all smiles and you can tell they all love their jobs. Great people; great culture. All professionals, (many people I've met that I haven't mentioned) competent, and qualified - from top to bottom. I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof.

    I must say that my husband and I are extremely satisfied with Paul Bange Roofing. My sales rep Martin, the on site supervisor Reggie and his team worked so well together, they even have a customer support team that is so friendly and helpful, christina got any information I needed and always got right back to me. Ryan & his worker did a good job & in a timely manner. Stay most of the day to complete my repairs. Didn't rush through my job. I am very pleased with their customer service & workers. Most recently we used them again and worked with Project Manager John Kenney. He was very quick to respond and when we had a follow up concern he addressed it on the spot!     Date: Tuesday, August 2, 2022 I was a first-time re-roofing customer with Paul Bange on May of 2002. They did an excellent job on installing the new roof and the cleaning up afterward. I had no complaints. In the 20 years since the installation, we never once experienced a leaking roof. Because of the aging of our roof, my husband and I believed that in the near future, our homeowner's insurance company would decline covering our home. So, my husband and I decided we should consider replacing the roof this year. On the afternoon of June 27th, we scheduled an appointment with one of Paul Bange's representatives. The contract was signed that day. However, on the morning of June 28th, I spoke with the representative to ask him to hold up on the contract until further notice from me. He agreed. However, unbeknown to me and against my request, the contract proceeded being executed through the normal channels within the company -- to the point that by the morning of July 21th, I received a call from Marco, the Operations Manager, at Paul Bange. He informed me that a permit was issued by the City of North Lauderdale to begin work. When I explained to Marco that I had requested the representative to put the contract "on hold until further notice"; that I did not make the call to "go ahead" with the contract, Marco immediately stated he would cancel the job. Unfortunately, the situation did not stop there. On August 1st, I received a bill for $615.16 for the permit. That same evening, I placed a called requesting that someone in management please return my call. On the afternoon of August 2nd, I spoke with Marco explaining my present situation regarding this bill. He said he would investigate my complaint and get back with me as soon as possible with an answer. That same afternoon, Marco returned the call stating that he agreed with management's decision to waive the fee -- that since I had been a previous satisfied customer, it was more important to maintain the goodwill established with me in the past. They apologized for the misunderstanding, and the financial anguish this bill would have caused my family and me had they chosen to demand payment. For this, I am grateful and sincerely appreciative. Although I have chosen another re-roofing company for the job, I wanted to write this commendation to express the expedite manner, empathy, and professionalism Paul Bange's management and their staff who handled my call demonstrated to me today. I will spread the word of their good deed. Hats off and kudos to them!!

    I had a complete reproof of tiles and a new flatdeck installed. It is a somewhat large home. They did a complete tear off quickly. There were atleast 15 men on the roof working hard. Completed it in 1 day. There work was finely tuned. You will receive a separate wood bill. Ask what the estimated cost will be to prepare yourself. They may cost more but you get what you pay for.

    Get more bang for your buck with Paul Bange Roofing! Professionalism is a bonus! Paul Bange sent Fred out to inspect my leak(s). He coulda told me anything and "repaired" my roof, as it's apparent I don't know construction (barely know a roof from a floor); instead, he told the truth. I had a plumbing, not a roof, problem. In addition to showing honesty and knowledge, Fred is an absolute joy to be around. I suspect that Fred is representative of Bange's guys (and gals), for there's an old adage that says "like-minded employees stick together." Before making his experienced (you can just tell when someone knows what their talking about) assessment, he thoroughly explored the leak(a) and made a professional assessment. Fred is down to earth and honest. Thanks, Fred! May the force be with you!!

  • Hired for flat roof and fascia repair. The project took several months with multiple phone calls and requests for updates. The bright spot (and why they did not receive a lower rating) was Lilly in customer service. She was able to get things done and was highly communicative.
