    A year later,the service and respect continue to exceed my expectations. My inspection went very well and my trust in this company grows. Fred is awesome. I know they take good care of my concerns with the utmost respect. Being a member of the "Overhead Care Club," both my shingled roof and the flat roof Paul Bange completed were inspected and are in good shape. I know if needed they will be here for me.

    Service manager Steve Bates came to take a look at our roof after we had a leak in our ceiling all night, he was punctual, honest and experienced. He located the issue shortly after arriving and because it was a simple fix he offered to repair it free of charge! I was not expecting such outstanding treatment. Before this I didn't know any good roofing companies, now I can say I highly recommend Paul Bange Roofing and will definitely hire them for any future roof issues.

    I'm a Paul Bange customer for life. I needed help and they responded. John Kenny is very knowledgeable, honest and treated me as an individual, not just another roofing job. John addressed all my concerns about the job and exceeded all my expectations addressing them. The employees were very friendly and worked with my schedule to get the job done right, even when I had a slight change request. All in all I'm very grateful to Paul Bange Roofing.

    Phenomenal experience with estimator Matt Palumbo. I showed him the water leak on my ceiling, he took some measurements and went up on the roof. He explained the cause of my roof leaking, provided multiple detailed solutions for the issue and the cost breakdown for each solution. Matt Palumbo should be training others how to treat customers due to his great customer focus. Fantastic service!

    Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions I had. He always answered/returned my calls promptly. And continuously gave me updates with my permit approval status. The crew that came out to replace my flat roof was professional and efficient they completed my roof in one day. I will be calling Paul Bange Roofing for any/all my roofing needs in the future.     Carlos Cruz is phenomenal! He came by my house for a quote and talked us through the whole process of replacing my roof. He was kind enough to fix our tarp that was coming off due to the recent storms and even contacted another contractor for us to help with a mold issue he noticed upon inspection. He was very thorough and explained each product currently available on the market for our home and each price point. I highly, highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Thank you again, Carlos!

    Extremely satisfied with the process of re-roofing my home. The salesman Joey was very knowledgeable and in constant contact with me. He assured me of the timeline and what to expect. The installers were very professional and did a great job protecting my property from any damage and as well as my neighbors property since I live on a zero lot line. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I'd highly recommend them to friends and family!
