RecommendedJob Well Done!!! Called Paul Bange and the lady on the phone was very attentive. Fred came and inspected our roof, took pictures, and even sealed a cracked tile free of charge. We recommend Paul Bange Roofing 100%.

RecommendedGreat business concept (too bad other contractors can't follow their example): They answer the phone, come out the next day for a quote (on time), provide a quote the same day, schedule the work shortly after proposal acceptance, show up when scheduled and do an excellent job.

Good morning ADT Custom, can you please email me at Rich@Paulbangeroofing.com. As we are both business owners I would like to find out the details of your call and email. I have a PBRI employee answer the phone 24 hours a day and if there is a break down I can fix it with your help. Also if we have a computer glitch I would like to try to track that. I would appreciate your help. On another note the storm we just went through has everyone calling every roofer on the Internet. I’m sure you understand when your resources get stretched to their maximum limits. We are doing everything we can to keep up with demand but it is tough. 30 years in the business, we are working six days a week to keep up. I hope to hear from you! Rich

RecommendedRoof Inspection after Hurricane I requested a roof estimate after the hurricane because I could see a few shingles that looked like they were missing. Fred called me and said he would be there between 9 and 10am. He was there at 9am. He grabbed his ladder and inspected the roof came down and said it was just a few shingles that had flipped over. He went to his truck and grabbed some glue and went back up and re-glued the shingles back in place. When he was done I said how much do I owe you he said nothing and your roof is fine! Wow! what a great guy and great service!

RecommendedVery impressed with Marco at Paul Bange that provided me with a free package of shingles after some blew off after Irma. Thet even put them on at n/c after they replaced the roof after WilmaIn 2004 or 2005 !!Great service.

RecommendedFred Krei, Project Manager, came out to check the leak we had in our ceiling. After inspecting the roof, Fred determined that the leak must have come from how the hurricane was blowing. He advised us to wait to see if the stains on the ceiling get worse and to call him back if that happens. Very pleased and quite surprised with Fred's advise. Expected to have a large quote to repair the roof. Hopefully, Fred's expertise will be correct and the leak was just due to how the rain was blowing during the hurricane. Will paint the ceiling and hope for the best.

RecommendedMost Dependable, Pleasant Service Ever! We have used Paul Bange for years for roofing issues. Fred is our contact person. He always arrives on time and is pleasant and professional. It is rare in South FL these days to feel comfortable with a company and feel as if you can trust and depend on what is told. Will always call Paul Bange and ask for Fred when we need consults and work on roofing! Keep up the good work.

RecommendedI didn't get my roof done yet but I can review them for giving an estimate. They called me back within two days and came to the appointment on time. the sales representative was polite and gave me a written estimate with pictures of my roof. Price was higher than I expected so I have ro wait or find a way to get financing. however, that isn't their fault. I would recommend calling them for an estimate but I can't comment on their work.

RecommendedI needed a small leak repaired on my house. The crew showed up on time and did a very good job. The supervisor kept me informed during the job, showing me pictures of the different steps along the way. I'm pleased.

RecommendedExcellent job, looks great, all workers were fantastic to deal with Cathy came by and went over all the details on what the roof needed. She pointed me in the direction of the YGrene program for financing. I was approved and work started quicker than I expected which was great as I had an issue with my homeowners insurance and needed to get the work done. I was alerted when it appeared that my roof would need extra new wood (not a surprise), and each day the workers cleaned up everything. They even covered my pool so no debris would fall into it. Then roof looks great, no leaks, as we've had some heavy rain since finishing. I am telling everyone at work and my neighbors about the great experience. Give Paul a Call!!!

RecommendedGreat job, great price, great service! I needed to replace a shingle roof that was in disrepair. Cathy came out, took measurements and submitted a proposal within a day or so. Once the permit was pulled Paul Bange Roofing immediately started the job and knocked it out within a couple of days.

RecommendedA few years ago I found my fascia board near my bathroom had started to rot. I called a friend of mine to come and check to see if he could help me change them. what he found was 3 different leaks on my flat roof. I made an appointment with 3 different roofing companies, already knowing what they need to find and see who was the honest company. a representative for paul bange came out and after about an hour inspection, advised me of the 3 leaks and spent another hour going over my options a very personalized service I felt. I allowed the other two companies to come in, one didn't even find a leak, the other found one, neither were very friendly or informative. after consultation with my friend, we chose to go with Paul bange. my first experience was great, and I maintained a friendly relationship with my advisor from Paul bange, who comes to my home once a year under the Care club for inspection. A couple years later, I noticed my ceiling with brown spots in my living room and called my contact who came out and said yes its time for that new roof. although after the initial set up consultation was concluded , I was turned over to another employee. things did not go as smoothly this time around and I recontacted my original advisor to complain about the issues I was having and without hesitation, he contacted his supervisor, who immediately called me the next day, and within an hour was at my house to follow up with my concerns. his supervisor is the 2nd in charge of the company. he as well listened to my concerns, observed my concerns, and made arrangement to fix everything asap. at the end of this visit, within a week or less, all my concerns were fixed and completed. I have still maintained a friendly contact with my original sales person to even the point of another co worker of mine met him and was able to secure the sale of another roof with my extremely high recommendation. thank you

RecommendedI had a great experience using Paul Bange Roofing I have an old addition that was in need of repair work ( actually leaking buckets in the house) so I called Paul Bange and Bob Alex came for the consult. We went over several options. Of course replace was in order but not in the budget so I opted for a " cold process overlay". Seemed fine until we got some heavy rains and my leak was back. I called Bob and he talked to the higher ups and came and removed a section of the flat roof, replaced and made it water tight! His roofer was very experienced and even caulked the exterior facia board. Super clean and friendly people. They also made the financing aspect a breeze. I definitely recommend Paul Bange
