    Spoke to Mr. Carlos Cruz in regards to getting my roof repaired. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner (which is very hard to achieve these days). Great financing options as well. As a person who is very big on customer service, this was very much appreciated. Thanks Carlos!

    I woke up to a nightmare of a roof leak in the middle of my house. Starting to stress out I ran and grabbed a bucket to place underneath the steady stream of water and then threw towels down around on the floor. My very next thought was to call Paul Bange Roofing. It's funny but I guess I was conditioned from seeing his commercial on TV every morning for years. It was about 7:15 AM when I called. The most pleasant voice answered the phone and said, "Paul Bange Roofing, this is Donna, how can I make you smile today." I started laughing and said, you just did. I could feel my stress level immediately go down. From that moment I felt like I was in good hands with a company that has a good culture and people who cared. Donna then told me that she wasn't at work yet, but could take my information and call me back at 8AM when they open and she was at the office. That impressed me as well. You don't see that type of dedication often nowadays. I did end up having a new roof replaced by Paul Bange and I saw that same professional good culture throughout the entire process.

    We used Paul Bange for a new roof on our house in Ft Lauderdale and had a great experience. I knew after meeting the sales person Aaron and getting all the details from him, that we wanted to use these guys. He was very profesional, knowledgeable, courteous and made me convinced that we wouldn't have any problems with the process if we chose PB. Aaron was also great at following up and keeping the process flowing. Everyone we met at PB through the whole process were great - including the install teams and their supervisors, Brenda and Robbie.
