    John Kenny, a supervisor there , explained everything in a clear an concise manner, and covered all the details with me. He was always quick to return my calls. He was friendly and overall wonderful to work with, and made a stressful time much easier to deal it. Paul Bange roofing is fortunate to have a person such as him to represent you. Good job done by all - finished on time and everything went smoothly.

    Called their office to inspect my roof because I was told by another roofer that I needed a roof replacement. They sent out John Kenney right away and he inspected my roof and told me he did not see anything wrong with my roof which gave me piece of mind. Thank you PAul Bange for being honest!

    I was actually having a bit of an emergency, my insurance used a drone to deny my policy. I had very little time to get this situation resolved. She listened to my tale and got a tech to my house very quickly. Of course my roof was fine. I appreciated the quick service and follow up help w my insurance company.

    Spoke to Mr. Carlos Cruz in regards to getting my roof repaired. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner (which is very hard to achieve these days). Great financing options as well. As a person who is very big on customer service, this was very much appreciated. Thanks Carlos!
