    Experience damage to rear window, my first instinct was reach out to a reputable glass company which consisted of waiting and over priced. I then decided to reach out locally and to my surprise... I was first greeted by Tiffany( Homestead), excellent customer service skills, her tone of voice brought peace to my storm. My window was ordered the same day and next morning scheduled for installation. Rodrigo, excellent technician, nice work done. You can tell from the moment you walk in the shop, the energy was great, employees were synchronized with work load and focus on what needed to be done, servicing those in need.

    This company was amazing super attentive. Since the moment I called Tiffany, she picked up the phone and she had great customer service. I explained everything to her and she was able to answer all my questions and proceed to help me. Luis was the gentlemen that installed the window, quick and fast. Thank you for you help!

    Job Well Done Had my window broken by landscapers and shattered, decided to try myself and didn't want to take to Safelite either, I was referred to USA AG and Carlos who came and put new window in was just great, was just what I needed someone like him w/his extensive experience, he was courteous in every way and would definitely recommend Carlos and USA Autoglass. I rarely put reviews out but felt it was necessary here! Thanks guys and Tiffany as well who was great on the phone.

    Jennifer was very courteous and helpful. The tech, Ken is a really nice guy. He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take etc. He did a great job. I high recommended USA AUTO GLASS.

    I had my windshield replaced after a huge crack on the passenger's side - I am extremely satisfied with the results!!! Jennifer was resourceful and communicative. The technician, Eric, was excellent and kind, taking ultimate care to ensure safety and proper replacement. 10/10 recommend for any glass repair needs!

    My wife's 2016 VW Jetta needed a crack in the windshield repaired. Progressive Insurance contacted USA Auto Glass, Inc. for the repair since they provide home service in the Florida Keys. Eric, our tech, arrived punctually and determined the repair was not possible due to the cracks location, so he instead replaced the glass with a new windshield. He was extremely efficient, finishing up the work from start to finish in under an hour. If you need auto glass repaired in the Florida Keys, USA Auto Glass is the way to go!

    Would 100% use this company again! Jennifer was excellent with communication and scheduling and Ken who was my technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed my back window of my truck which was causing water to pour into the cab. Totally satisfied and would definitely hire again!

    So grateful for the amazing service provided by USA Auto Glass. Jennifer was super attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything properly processed w my insurance and was able to set my appointment exactly when it was convenient for me and my busy schedule. I love that they even came to me. Upon arrival Luis greeted me with a smile and amazing energy. He took care of replacing my glass in no time and made sure i knew what to do to care for my newly installed windshield. Thank you so much and I definitely recommend 10/10

    I need my windshield replaced the day it broke. I called USA Auto glass and was greeted by Paige. I explained the situation Paige asked me a few questions and got the process started and sent out a technician. When Carlos arrived he was friendly, prepared and got right to work. I think it took about 40 45 minutes and it look as good as new. After it was all said and done I needed some info in the invoice and I spoke with Jennifer and she was the bomb also. Got the info sent right to me on a Saturday. Jennifer was friendly and even laughed at my jokes. All in all a def 5 star, win, win experience. If you need a windshield fixed quick and the right way the first time is the place

    I highly recommend this business! I spoke with Paige on the phone to schedule a windshield glass replacement for a 2005 Toyota Matrix. We had great and clear communication & she had lovely mannerisms. The installation was done by Rick and another employee, it took about an hour. They worked really well and efficient, & again great customer service. We asked for business cards & they provided us with note pads and pens which was a lovely gesture. The next day, we did have a doubt regarding the windshield replacement but nonetheless, Paige reassured me with a valid & thorough explanation. In addition, she backed up her explanation by speaking to management, in this case an employee called Erick. Overall, I highly recommend this business. They are there for their client's need with full transparency and there to get your money's worth! Thank you very much USA AutoGlass!

    Highly Recommend! Smooth transaction from beginning to end! Company was responsive to our initial call and Kenny was able to come out the very next morning. He did a FABULOUS JOB! He explained the cause of the damaged rear windshield and explained the process as he completed the job. Excellent work, high quality, professional, reasonable prices, and responsive!     Great service, windshield replacement with these guys was my best option, technician got there on time even called me twice before getting there,now my windshield look like if nothing happened, had a little issue with broken parts after the job was done but they managed to get me new ones straight from the dealer ,Thanks will definitely be back again

    Replace windshield on my 38 ft motor home and nothing but profesional quality work ! They showed up 20 minutes early not a few hrs late as most companies now a day , had the job done in about 45 min if that . Profesional , courteous and knew what they were doing . I recommend them to anyone who needs glass repair work done , top of the line professionals!

    Although I don't typically leave reviews, this one is way past due and very well deserved. I have had the pleasure of having work done twice by USA Auto Glass. The first time was for my daughter's car front windshield replacement. The glass was very murky and blurry. From the first moment I called to inquire for availability and rates, I was helped by Jennifer. She was amazing! She was super helpful and very accommodating to meet my schedule for the repair. She even had me check for a rear view mirror sensor (that I didn't even know existed), to ensure the correct glass was ordered. The repair tech was excellent and very professional. To say the least, my daughter was very happy with her new windshield! The second occurrence happened about 3 weeks later with my car. As I was driving home from work, a duck came flying in front of my car and smashed into my front windshield (right in my line of sight), completely dented the glass inwards, sending shreds of glass on to me and all inside the car (the duck was ok!). I managed to get home and immediately left a message for Jennifer. Very early the next morning, Jennifer and I spoke and scheduled for the replacement that very same day. She even game me a nice courtesy discount for being a repeat customer. The tech was also great and was kind to vacuum all the broken glass. I will definitely use and recommend USA Auto Glass to all my friends & family. If there was a 100 star rating, this company & Jennifer would get it from me! Jennifer, hope to meet you one day. You are awesome!
