    Tiffany was very competent and helpful. I was able to get them to come to my house the day after I called. Eric did a great job of replacing the window and the price was reasonable. Overall, I think they did an excellent job!

    My name is Roxanne Vega I had a bad incident where someone smashed up my windshield and my back glass I was very stressed and overwhelmed I contacted USA and a lovely woman by the name of Paige took down all of my information and told me not to worry they would take care of everything ! She made me feel very comfortable her customer service skills are the BEST! My emotions were all over the place and Paige definitely made me feel at ease and she told me someone would be out within 2 hours Miguel called me 15mins later telling me he would b at my home in 30 mins he also was a very very nice person he came to my door greeted me told me about how long more or less he would be when he was done replacing the front & back he even vacuumed all of the glass from my seats in the front & back he was also aware I have children I know that is not a part of his job either but he took the time to do so and I very much appreciated it ! I would most definitely use USA again I mean I hope I don't need to lol but I will refer them to anyone I know that needs any type of glass repair or replacement .

    I had a great experience with Jennifer. She and the company replaced my window exactly when they promised at a competitive price. The work was clean, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them for any glass replacement needed for your vehicle. If you want pleasant service, on time delivery at competitive rates, call them.     I had a great experience with USA Auto Glass. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful setting up the appointment and Eric did an excellent job installing the factory replacement windshield in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend USA Auto Glass for windshield replacement.

    US Auto did a great job in replacing my. Windshield- Jennifer got a hold of my insurance company and got immediate approval, the men came down and changed the glass the next day, then Luis calibrated the electronics - a really impressive job all around.

    Experience damage to rear window, my first instinct was reach out to a reputable glass company which consisted of waiting and over priced. I then decided to reach out locally and to my surprise... I was first greeted by Tiffany( Homestead), excellent customer service skills, her tone of voice brought peace to my storm. My window was ordered the same day and next morning scheduled for installation. Rodrigo, excellent technician, nice work done. You can tell from the moment you walk in the shop, the energy was great, employees were synchronized with work load and focus on what needed to be done, servicing those in need.

    Job Well Done Had my window broken by landscapers and shattered, decided to try myself and didn't want to take to Safelite either, I was referred to USA AG and Carlos who came and put new window in was just great, was just what I needed someone like him w/his extensive experience, he was courteous in every way and would definitely recommend Carlos and USA Autoglass. I rarely put reviews out but felt it was necessary here! Thanks guys and Tiffany as well who was great on the phone.
