    Had a major crack in my work truck's windshield. My company put me in contact with USA Auto Glass and they took care of everything. I was helped out by Paige, who provided the best customer service experience I've had in years. After explaining my busy schedule, she worked with me to send technicians out to replace the windshield the very same day. The whole process took just a few hours. Everything turned out great and went way more smoothly than I could've imagined. If only all customer service experiences were like this. Paige, you are a rockstar!

    Great, friendly and fast service. Unlike mainstream competitors, they do not up charge for mobile service. They came to my home for the same price as dropping off at their shop. The work was done flawlessly and very quickly too. I should add that this car is not insured or registered in the state of FL so this was not an insurance claim. I paid for this out of pocket. In addition to being fast and friendly, they were also the least expensive in the area. I would definitely use them again. Super happy! Thank you!

    After Safelite arrived with the wrong windshield and no indication of when they could get the correct one for my car I called Paige from U.S.A. glass and am elated that I did! She went the extra mile found the correct windshield and within 2 hours it was installed at my house in my own driveway! Some people still care!!!! Thanks to all at U.S.A. glass!! James , Junior and Christian! If you need auto glass give them a call!

    I Called u.s.a auto glass company asked them if they took my insurance gave me an answer right away. The service I received from Jennifer was quick fast and easy.so Miguel the technician called me to advise me what time he was going to be at my residence, and he showed up on time. To make a long story short from the time I called for service to till the end of the process, I am very satisfied ? and will definitely recommend them to not only my friends and family but to anyone else I may come in contact with, even if it's a stranger and we happen to make a conversation and expresses that his or her windshield is damaged I will definitely recommend u.s.a.auto glass that's my testimony and I'm sticking with it. Thank you,that's all folks ? ?

    My passengers door window was shattered by a rock. I called and spoke to Jennifer who provided great customer care and scheduled my appointment with Landy who was on time and repaired my window in a timely manner and took great care of my property. Left my driveway cleaned and safe from glass. Job well done!

    Excellent work from US Auto Glass. Other options like Safelite charged me double the price and a fraction of the service. USA Auto was quick in finding me someone to come out and replace my glass as well as courteous in taking my request. Thank you to customer service rep Martin and install tech Rodrigo H!

    Hands down best service you could ask for. Jennifer was as accommodating as possible over the phone and Eric waited for me even after I missed their call to finnish the job. This is the 2nd time I've used usa auto glass. 5 star service each time. 10/10 would use every time.

    I have been coming to USA Auto Glass for over 10 years since I moved to Homestead. The customer service and follow up as well as the atention to detail is always on point. Paige (CSR) is amazing at her job and you can tell she loves it and has attention to detail and the fact that I had lunch at a restaurant, Alex (Tech) drove to me since I wasn't home and then made sure my car was parked in the shade. Best experience ever!

    USA Autoglass was very professional and they came to my house the next day after taking my appointment and making sure of the windshield availability. They were even able to calibrate the cameras on the same day. It was much more convenient than Safelite who wanted me to drop my car off for 3 hours plus another day for calibration. Safelite also canceled my appointment the day before it was supposed to happen making up some excuse and then scheduled me for a weekday afternoon instead of the Saturday I chose so I wouldn't have to miss work. Paige at USA Autoglass was very responsive and professional in helping me get this done on my schedule. The two technicians that came to my house were friendly and professional and explained what was going on and how long it should take. Great team, great customer service and great job! Many thanks to them for making this as painless as possible.

    Made a PIA situation very easy to deal with. Jennifer in office is sharp at traffic control with insurance, parts, appointments, etc. and my tech Yunior turned when and as expected, on-my-way phone calls; all making life easier. New windshield like nothing happened, all taken care of while I worked from home. Well done.
