    I have been coming to USA Auto Glass for over 10 years since I moved to Homestead. The customer service and follow up as well as the atention to detail is always on point. Paige (CSR) is amazing at her job and you can tell she loves it and has attention to detail and the fact that I had lunch at a restaurant, Alex (Tech) drove to me since I wasn't home and then made sure my car was parked in the shade. Best experience ever!

    USA Autoglass was very professional and they came to my house the next day after taking my appointment and making sure of the windshield availability. They were even able to calibrate the cameras on the same day. It was much more convenient than Safelite who wanted me to drop my car off for 3 hours plus another day for calibration. Safelite also canceled my appointment the day before it was supposed to happen making up some excuse and then scheduled me for a weekday afternoon instead of the Saturday I chose so I wouldn't have to miss work. Paige at USA Autoglass was very responsive and professional in helping me get this done on my schedule. The two technicians that came to my house were friendly and professional and explained what was going on and how long it should take. Great team, great customer service and great job! Many thanks to them for making this as painless as possible.

    Jennifer took my call and made my appointment. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Landy is the technician who installed my windshield and he did an amazing job. Looks great and he was quick. Highly recommend! Thanks for the great service!

    The tech Roberto did an amazing job. Everything was processed so quickly. When I called to set up the appointment and spoke to Jennifer she was polite and answered all my questions. Amazing company and would recommend to any friends and family.

    Made a PIA situation very easy to deal with. Jennifer in office is sharp at traffic control with insurance, parts, appointments, etc. and my tech Yunior turned when and as expected, on-my-way phone calls; all making life easier. New windshield like nothing happened, all taken care of while I worked from home. Well done.

    Best Car/Auto Glass repair company in the biz. Jenniffer and Alex took care of my claim with my brand new Subaru which has cameras behind the glass . They hit out of the park. Performing the camera calibration and everything after the new windshield was installed. The whole thing came out better than new. A++++ service. No wonder they do all the work for the company i worked for Caterpillar in Miami. ?

    A bird flew into my trucks windshield and put a big crack in it. I was so upset this happened to my new truck. As the day went on the crack was spreading. I called these guys the next morning and Jennifer took my call. She was very nice and helpful. They had my windshield in stock and later that day they arrived. Landy was the installer. He did an excellent job. They even used a genuine Ford windshield. I highly recommend them!!

    I broke my rear window glass out of my 32-year-old Chevy station wagon car and was frantic because I thought there would be no replacement available. I called USA Auto Glass and talk to Jennifer and she assured me that she could have it replaced in no time at all! Much to my surprise their team including Yunor, came to my home promptly and replaced a new glass in a timely matter. I have had no problems with leaking and am very happy and feel confident to write this review with five stars! Highly recommend, will return if needed;) Tom Hollywood, Florida

    This place is the real deal. Jennifer picked up the call. Scheduled it ASAP and Yunior took care of it. He called 1-2 hours in advanced. Then called 30 min out. Very professional and job was done right. Took care not to damage vehicle any more than it was with the broken windshield. I absolutely recommend them 100%

    Jennifer answered the phone and was so on top of what I needed, very easy to work with. She arranged to have Ken show up the same afternoon to replace a regulator in my van. He called to tell me when he would arrive, was polite and worked so hard out in the hot sun. Explained what he was doing every step of the way and was respectful of my vehicle. I'm very pleased with this company and Jennifer and Ken specifically.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND 100%!! Called at 8am and spoke with Jennifer who was professional as well as delightful. Jennifer was able to schedule me the same day with a 10am - 1pm window of arrival. At 11:40 am I received a call from Roberto who stated he was on his way and arrived at 12:20 pm. Roberto was professional as well and replaced the rear window and vacuumed up all the loose and shattered glass as well and was finished by 1:15 pm. Best part is they came to my residence and were the least expensive of the four quotes I had received. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND 100%!!

    Wow. These guys came to my house, replace the windshield took the old one with them a day or two later another guy came to our house and calibrated the windshield for turn signals, etc.. this was more convenient than a drive-through. I highly recommend USA Auto glass. Also, no deductible from your insurance for windshield replacement!

    Jose was tremendous took a call from me afterhours and then got on the computer at 6:30am with me to locate and deliver on replacing rear glass on bmw X7 the next day; geico wanted safelight to do it 4 days later and I am thankful Jose and Eric took care of us - we had a trip over the weekend and needed the car.     *****EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE*****One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.Paige was excellent since the second she answered my initial call to inquire about a windshield replacement. Not only was the service great, I got a better deal than the other two companies I called first. The technician called before arriving and once he got here, he explained everything he was going to do with detail. He was very pleasant, very professional, and he installed the glass in a timely manner. I am not looking forward to another broken windshield but if it ever happens again, Paige is the one I'll be calling for help. I will also spread the word among family and friends. Thank you for everything, guys.

    Ask for PAIGE. I cannot express how refreshing it is to speak to a professional in the auto industry that CARES about the customer. I spoke to Paige at length about various issues we're having with our truck that we thought were related to the windshield, and she walked us through each of our issues to get to the real root of our problem. She then went on to give us advice on multiple scenarios, which will save us a lot of money and headache. I just cannot say enough glowing things about this person. She took the time out of her day to genuinely help us despite the fact that we wound up not needing glasswork. BUT I tell you what, if I ever need anything glass-related, Paige is the first person we will call. And if I ever talk to anyone who needs anything glass-related I will go out of my way to make sure they call you guys. Just like Paige went out of her way to help us today. Google needs more stars because five just isn't enough. Thank you for making our day!

    I called Larry the day before to get a quote he responded instantly and came the next day he took less then 30 minutes to put my new windshield on. He has good customer service skills and gets the job done.
