    I highly recommend USA Auto Glass. Paige was so helpful with the process to replace the windshield on our 2021 Civic. The installer, Rodrigo, did an excellent job as well. I'm so happy with the service we received from start to finish!

    Everyone was great and professional. Tiffany made sure she kept up with me early and often when the supplier never delivered the project and Erik was on time, friendly, and took fixed my car in a timely manner. Couldn't recommend enough, especially if you're in Monroe County.

    Excellent customer service! Tiffany was so friendly & amazing! She helped me with my insurance company and got me scheduled quickly for a windshield glass replacement. Our technician Eric was great, he showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and even called me when the installation was complete to explain what I needed to do. Thank you Tiffany & Eric for the great service! Highly recommend USA Auto Glass!

    Great experience with them! Tiffany was so kind, awesome communication and quickly got us our windshield replacement even though the glass was said to be sold out all over Florida! Loved that they could just come to my boyfriend's job and fix our windshield while he was working ?

    The receptionist at this location is extremely nice. The tech, Luis, who repaired my glass got to my location in time and is friendly. He was quick to get the job done. He went above and beyond to give the best customer service. Same day repair. Highly recommend this company.

    These guys literally saved my life and my pockets thanks Carlos you really went above and beyond and did the work that no one else would help me with due to the damage ?     I had an amazing experience! I was attended by Tiffany. She kept in touch with any new information and was a pleasure to speak with. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Tiffany was very professional and had a team here the very next day. I was in shock how efficient and quickly the service was. We were in desperate need to fix our truck's windshield for our employees to go to our jobsites. Our technicians Rodrigo & Luis were great too. I highly recommend using this company for any Glass repairs you need done asap. I give them 100 Stars!!! I wish everyone had such great customer service like tiffany has! She should get employee of the month! I will let all my friends and family know about USA Auto Glass, Inc. for years to come.     Ken the technician in Naples Fl area was extremely helpful friendly and quick with my car windows. Ken left me a message this morning and he was communicating the whole day till the time of the service on he's arrival..My back windshield broke yesterday and i called multiple repair shop in the area the all gave me one to 2 weeks waiting and crazy prices .USA auto glass came out the next day and repaired the glass less than an hour ..Thanks again Ken and USA Auto glass , i hope i don't have to use it again but saved it in my contacts for future references and will be recommending you for family and friends as well!!

    I was struggling to get a well known service provider to get me an appointment to replace the front passenger window of my car. After a long wait (10days), I found USA Auto Glass online. I spoke to Jennifer on the phone. Their service was fast, prompt and seamless. She went above and beyond to make sure I get the glass asap. In less than 24hr Larry, the tech guy, came to my place, quickly did his magic and replaced the window under 30mn (felt like) and my nightmare was over. Thank you guys. 10/10

    Outstanding Customer Service Experience I called spoke and been talking to Paige, from the Homestead, FL Servicing Center. She is very friendly, professional, and polite. Page she is excellent and the very best when it comes to providing good quality customer care. I kindly thank you so very much for going out of your way, above, and beyond in helping me take care of the glass windshield of my vehicle. I had made over eight calls to different places giving me run around before God putting Paige at the USA Auto Glass on my path thanks to Google. I thank God for her, for her life that I found her. I suffer from chronic physical illness and it is not easy for me to take care of things or even be on the phone many times and never the less for long. But thanks to Paige it all started to come on easier. Words are not enough to thank Paige and mind you I still have not gotten it fixed yet. But I trust God, trust Paige, and trust USA Auto Glass that it will be fixed and properly. I know their service will not contradict the rest of most the reviews seen here. Thank you once again. God bless you richly and abundantly always Paige. ? ?'? ?'???'?

    Tiffany was very competent and helpful. I was able to get them to come to my house the day after I called. Eric did a great job of replacing the window and the price was reasonable. Overall, I think they did an excellent job!

    My name is Roxanne Vega I had a bad incident where someone smashed up my windshield and my back glass I was very stressed and overwhelmed I contacted USA and a lovely woman by the name of Paige took down all of my information and told me not to worry they would take care of everything ! She made me feel very comfortable her customer service skills are the BEST! My emotions were all over the place and Paige definitely made me feel at ease and she told me someone would be out within 2 hours Miguel called me 15mins later telling me he would b at my home in 30 mins he also was a very very nice person he came to my door greeted me told me about how long more or less he would be when he was done replacing the front & back he even vacuumed all of the glass from my seats in the front & back he was also aware I have children I know that is not a part of his job either but he took the time to do so and I very much appreciated it ! I would most definitely use USA again I mean I hope I don't need to lol but I will refer them to anyone I know that needs any type of glass repair or replacement .
