    Better than in the "old days"! Due to covid and management changes it was certainly a much more "efficient" and relatively "short" visit. Not the full two hours + it used to be.

    Love this place.. all the people are so friendly and they very helpful !! Would definately recommend to go to. When I get there they greet you at the door and take your temp .. never a very long wait to see the dr. Or to check out. The staff here is great and efficient . Love this place!

    In addition to regular treatment ,the doctor picked up the fact that i had an eye infection and provided a prescription. Professional service by all staff including Pam who did future scheduling without the aid of a computer at the time and called back later.

    Long time to waiting, no good qualifications The nurses, and others employees great job, but the long hours of waiting made exhaustion and tiredness not allow me to give a good rating.

    Excellent care and empathy with wonderful compassion and kindness. I have been under the care of Dr. Samantha Xavier several years for bilateral Macular Degeneration requiring intra-ocular injections in both eyes once a month. Being a Medical Doctor (MD) myself for many years I feel my comment(s) are based on first hand experience of what identifies excellence in medicine. Dr. Xavier absolutely displays the epitome and embodiment of what the meannig of excellence is in medicine. I have no words that can describe how grateful I am to be under the care of such a kind, dedicated and superlative physician that embodies the true compassion and knowledge that truly describes Dr. Xavier. Additionally, all of the ancillary staff are wonderful, helpful and polite. My highest professional and personal accolades to Dr. Xavier and her staff.

    Follow up appointments The Surgeon, Dr. Xavier and the staff are always genuinely friendly, polite and professional. Any questions I have are always answered and I have NEVER felt that I was being "hurried or pushed out of the room". I firmly believe my care is the top priority.

    Job well done in all areas. Thanks a lot for ensuring everybody's safety against the pandemic n answering all my concerns! My eyes were checked for distance reading n for the needed eyeglasses. I was also checked on my cataract. Nothing to worry the doctor said. I selected my frame and given schedule for pickup. I was also given my next year's eye check-up/appointment.
