    Been doing business with this company for years. Recently I needed to do a repair. When I called, Donna Wood immediately she made the necessary arrangements to get it done. Was very impressed with her professionalism and understanding of the work needed to be done . Kudos to this company for having employees like her who provide excellent customer service experience.

    I was referred to Paul Bange by a family friend. After speaking with Wendy, Aaron promptly called me and came to my home as scheduled. Aaron was able to get my repair done next day, and was extensively thoroughly which I appreciated very much. Ryan was also great today repairing my roof. Overall the professionalism and attention to detail makes me confident I called the right roofers. I look forward to scheduling my new roof soon.

    Nothing but a positive experience very helpful spoke to a young lady I believe her name is Donna.very helpful customer service was out the roof. when the young man came out to inspect the roof and give me a price nothing but a positive experience very professional and knowledgeable. its very rare to deal with a company that is so professional and courteous and show up on time to an appointment. just and awesome experience

    I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. The promptness, follow-through, and kindness I've experienced is why I will always recommend them for any roofing needs. I had the pleasure of being connected with Donna, who answered all my questions, helped set up the appointment, and followed up with inspection. When making a call to a company, the person who picks up really sets the tone and for me Donna is the perfect person for the role. Her pleasant attitude helped to alleviate the stress I had when I discovered it was urgent that my mom's home needed a new roof.

    Everything from the initial call to the house visit and complete roof was exceptional service. Gaelen was a huge help during the whole process. He made us feel comfortable and was able to answer any questions or doubts we had. Even after it was all said and done, months later, we needed some documents for our insurance provider and we received immediate help. Thank you Paul Bange Roofing team and Gaelen specifically. We will speak highly about you to our friends and family who are looking for roofing services.

    After a 3 year battle with insurance company they finally paid me for a new roof I have lots of customers in the roofing business that gave me a good price but I didn't want to take a chance with them and I decided to call Paul since always loved his advertising I called fo an estimate and had Alex come out and he was great I signed a contract and a year later it happened today I was amazed at the massive crew that showed up at my home at 8:30 am and at 11:30 they where done covers the pool all glass doors and left my house immaculate great Job would recommend to everyone I know ?'??'??'??'??'?

    It has been about a year since I set up a meeting, but when I did, it was done accurately and quickly. It is clear that they have a strong CRM and internal communication process. Thanks Donna for helping make sure we got a visit quickly. We didn't actually move forward with the project though.

    Donna was incredibly helpful, as was the tech who she sent out. They were professional, timely and really took the time to listen to what I needed. In they end the tech advised me that I didn't need to replace my flat roof yet that I could get another 5 years out of it. Who does that? Definitely going back to them and have told many people about them.
