We had the flat portion of our roof replaced with Paul Bange Roofing about a year ago. It has held up very well. We got a quote quickly and the man who did the estimate was extremely helpful and professional. He gave us his cell phone number and was always available for questions when I called during the process. The roofing work was delayed about 1 week due to being rained out, but otherwise everything was done exactly on schedule and to specification. They ended up having to do a little more work than expected due to a leak they discovered in an area of the roof adjacent to the part they were working on, and that problem was repaired without any delays or extra charges. Really excellent experience all around.

Recently had my roof replaced with Paul Bange ,I'm very pleased with there work Kelly O'Brian the sales consultant was very helpful and the detailed roof inspection and report was instrumental in getting my insurance company to pay for the project. The offices staff including Shelly were also very good at explaining the process and giving me realistic expectations as to the time frames for the work to be completed, The workman cleaned up around the house and keep the job site neat,

Best contractor experience ever! John Kennedy and Bob over saw my job and did a excellent job! John was involved in every step keeping me informed and making sure everything went smoothly. They laid tarps and cleaned up everything everytime. I never even saw one nail on the ground. Their crew was pleasant and on time and showed up everytime like they said they would. Their office personnel was equally great, calling and keeping me informed every step of the way. A roof is a big expense and they were worth every penny and then some.

Professional and Honest work I thought I had a roof leak. But Matt went up into the attic. Came down and told me there was no problem with the roof, however he found that my AC condensation line was leaking. Took pictures and sent them to me and then told me there was no charge for the diagnosis. What?! How often does that happen? I'll always call these guys for my roofing needs. Thanks Matt!

Your go to Roofer I had some loose shingles and called Paul Bange Roofing. Why, because I had several leaks around the flashing about 8 years ago and Paul Bange was the third roofer that came out to "Fix" the leaks. They were the only roofer who knew how to resolve the leak problem. This time, I was pleased that I only had a minor repair which Fred immediately took care of on the spot. He was professional and honest. Great company.

Would highly recommend My experience with Paul Bange Roofing was excellent. John Kennedy, project manager, came to inspect my problem within a day of my phone call to the company. He was professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired, providing photos he had taken of my roof in the problem areas. The crew arrived early in the morning on the day scheduled and were very polite, friendly, and hard working. Overall, an excellent experience!

High Quality Dimensional Shingles installed Paul Bange put on our roof using Certain tweed dimensional shingles. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up after themselves and the roof still looks great 13 years later.

Great business concept (too bad other contractors can't follow their example): They answer the phone, come out the next day for a quote (on time), provide a quote the same day, schedule the work shortly after proposal acceptance, show up when scheduled and do an excellent job.

I have a PBRI employee answer the phone 24 hours a day and if there is a break down I can fix it with your help. Also if we have a computer glitch I would like to try to track that. I would appreciate your help. On another note the storm we just went through has everyone calling every roofer on the Internet. I’m sure you understand when your resources get stretched to their maximum limits. We are doing everything we can to keep up with demand but it is tough. 30 years in the business, we are working six days a week to keep up. I hope to hear from you! Rich
