RecommendedSo I was in the market for a new roof. I had a small leak that only leaked once a year when the roof was pressure cleaned. I had probably 15 roofers come out to give me a quote. I had high and low. I decided to go in the middle with a company that's been around a long time. When they started it hadn't rained in weeks. I had 10 guys on my roof at one time at 8am and they worked like machines. 3800 feet of roof pulled off and first dry layer was done in 10.5 hours. Then the rain came the next day for 3 days straight. Not a drop anywhere to be found on my ceiling, not even the spot I had issues with prior. "Side note, a neighbor was having the same roof done by a cheaper company and was already had the second layer down. He called asking if I had leaks as he had so many you would think a TORNADO took his roof off. Second layer went down in a couple of hours. When my tiles we're ready to go on I was think it would take 5 days like the neighbor. Nope. It was done in 2. I'm beyond pleased with the roof and all the employees. This is my take on getting a roof done and I would use them again if I ever need to do another roof. It won't be this house as this one is done solid and will never need a roof again.

Showing up to the job early, being available 24/7 and going the extra mile are a few examples why I am super impressed with the way Paul Bange Roofing does business. Paul Bange Roofing is by far the best roofing company in South Florida, I met with the other companies it is not even close. If you need a new roof I strongly recommend calling Matt you will be glad you did.

RecommendedHonesty (A Lost Discipline) but not with this Company I have 2 events to share and have nothing to gain except honoring honesty and decency. Being on the Board in my community and having lived in our community for 17 years I am usually asked for recommendations on different vendors for different projects. Recently I recommended to a neighbor another Roofing Co. (which I won't mention) for a leak they were noticing on the ceiling. The company I recommended who also happens to be Roofing Inspectors for Miami-Dade County came out and mentioned what they would have to do and a price for the job. My neighbor called Paul Bange Roofing who came in the house, went in his attic, and told him it was an air conditioning duct issue and didn't even charge for the inspection and recommendation. Since then I have recommended Paul Bange to another neighbor who had a leak and he was extremely satisfied with the service, Second incident. Today I called Fred Krei (the Project Manager with Paul Bange Roofing) because I am noticing the paint inside around the arch of one of my entry windows bubbling up and even noticed water on the window sill. As I explained the issue his response was, "do a water test with a hose from the outside because with all these heavy storm with winds we are having that sounds more like any minor crack around the window that you or a painter can caulk yourselves". And he went on to say "most of the time, no water stain in the ceiling means no leak in the roof". For a roofing contractor to say this (which makes sense) instead of coming out and give you a song and a dance and bill you for the inspection ++, means to me that they are HONEST and helpful (the lost discipline in our society these days).

From the first call I made to the end of the job, PBR treated this homeowner with patience and respect, got the job done in a very timely manner, and made sure to answer questions and requests. Joey was professional, courteous, respectful, and explained what had to be done so I felt confident about what the roofers had to do. This was not the first time Paul Bange Roofing has been to my house for roof repairs, and I have been very satisfied with the work they have done each time. Will not hesitate to call again if needed.

He gave great service at every step! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Kevin was our project manager and inspected everything to make sure it was the best it could be. Their efficiency is simply impressive. Our roof was in really bad shape and Paul Bange Roofing exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them!

RecommendedDo your research, at first thought our thinking was, Paul Bange would be out of our range (tv ads and all) were we mistaken. 5 estimates, Carlos at Paul Bange was most professional, which included samples on hand. Everyone was courteous and on time as promised. Arrived day of job with around 10 workers, our thinking was it's going to take at least 2 days, they completed the job in 1 day . The work completed was a complete new roof job with substantial wood replacement. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Others promised maybe slightly lower cost but quality of work never felt comfortable with. Paul Bange Roofing and Carlos definitely meet our expectations

RecommendedMay 20, 2020 Paul Bange Roofing just finished replacing our 20+ year old tile roof. They truly were the best, and we are so pleased that we hired them to do this. The workers were always prompt and professional and were so pleasant whenever we asked them questions. If the workers did not have an answer, they contacted the company for us to get the specific information we wanted. The workers were always so efficient and really worked well together as a team. Even my neighbors were impressed with their attention to detail. Because of the work they did on our roof, our next-door neighbor decided to have Paul Bange to do his roof as well. And our neighbor on the other side will be calling you soon! We particularly would like to acknowledge John Kenney, who was always available to answer any questions we had, facilitate the progress of the installation of our new roof, and reassure us as the project progressed. Our new roof looks amazing, and so many of our neighbors are really impressed with your work. Your guys were terrific! Others are telling us that when it is time to repair or replace their roofs, they plan is to call Paul Bange Roofing as well! Your guys did an awesome job! Thank you so much, Stewart and Gina Shull

RecommendedHonesty!!! Fred came by to check out a leak I discovered after a recent downpour. One look and he told me it was condensation, my roof was fine. He looked at the roof directly to confirm. I appreciated his candor and the lack of an attempt to make money from unneeded work. Great guy too!

They found the leak and expanded what needed to be done. The price was very fair. A couple of hours latter it was fixed. His employees were very friendly and professional. All debris taken away. When the crew showed up they got straight to business efficiently. When the tear down was complete, they showed me the spots that needed extra attention and made sure they were taken care of. The crew that did the re-roof were prompt, efficient and very neat. They left my home as if they were never here. I had an amazing experience with them. I highly recommend this company.
