    Very patient, and very easy to work with this company! The product is excellent, but it is the people that make the experience worthwhile. Cathy Ayala was personable and professional. The company is easy to talk to, and the entire process was pleasurable. I can't say enough positive things about Paul Bange roofing and Cathy Ayala. Side note: my neighbor used another company which could not pass inspection. He ultimately had to hire Paul Bange to complete the roof to get it to pass inspection. This story made me call in the first place.

    What can I say!!!! This is a class act organization! My mom had a serious roof leak Sunday afternoon. I called Paul Bange and got the switch board and once they heard the seriousness of our situation they had Steve Bates call me back immediately and after my conversation with him he arrived within the hour! He was in shock and awe of the interior but the real shock came when he got on the roof and saw we had a pool of over 5000 pounds of water sitting on the roof. He called me immediately and had us evacuate the house as the roof was in danger of collapsing. He then found the problem drained the water off the roof documented the issue by video so we had something to show the insurance company and gave us good advice and a detailed account of why this happened. The kicker is he did not take a penny for this even though we tried. Its not everyday you find a company that cares as much as Steve and Paul Bange roofing. Thank you so much for you quick response friendly attitude and most of all your help! Don't think twice when calling these guys they are a real class act and I will not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family!

    Very happy Paul Bange customer From the first day I engaged Paul Bange to replace my entire roof they have been fantastic to work with. All things being equal with the many other roofing companies I contacted (competitive pricing, licensed, insured, professional, etc....). I chose and will continue to use Paul Bange for the intangible things they do well.... responsive, fix minor issues and do what they say... when they promise things. In my opinion there is no such thing as a perfect home project.... things happen, issues occur, etc.... and it's how a company adapts to the issues and solves the problems that matters most to me. After replacing my roof I had a few minor issues and when I contacted their office they were reasonably responsive. From the beginning to 5 months after my roof was completed, Cathy was and has been amazing. She helped on addressing my issues and has followed up several times to check in on how things have been. These are the additional intangibles that make me exceptionally happy with using Paul Bange.

    Excellent quality, job done very well.People very professional and friendly. I am a repeat customer with Paul Bange roofing. My experience with this company
    from beginning to end has been exceptional. Last year I had a problem with leaks
    from my roof.. I contacted Paul Bange. They responded quickly and were able
    to take care of my roof problem. My main contact was Cathy Ayala who handled
    all of my issues professionally and timely. As a result I have asked her to take
    care of my most recent problem. Which is now being handled.

    Professional job Did a great job. On time, cleaned up really well, professional installation, and courteous crew. Only gave four stars because they are pricey. They are well known in the area as a premium roofer so you pay for that.

    Honest, punctual, informative and professional . Paul Bange was recommended to me by two of my neighbors. I called Them to look at my flat roof because it has boils. John Kenney arrived at the exact appointment time and he inspected the roof. He informed me that the boils were stable and not to do anything at this time. He also recomended a protective rubber coating to apply on the roof in the future. He said I could call on a yearly basis to look at the roof since it is now 8 years old and I can't physically go on the roof to check it. It is refreshing to have a business that is Honest and has honest employees. I'm an older female , my neighbor is the one that informed me of the boils . It would have been very easy for Mr Kenney to deceive me and spend my money. I will heed John's recommendation and all my future roofing needs will be done by Paul Bange. I give them 5+ stars

    Great Work and Fast We contacted Paul Bange Roofing after a heavy rain caused a leak in our roof. Matt came out that same day to evaluate the damage and provide a quote. We signed on right away and the crew was out here the next day. They resealed the flat part of our roof and even did a few extra things to ensure everything was perfect. They have a good reputation for a reason...good work, good service, good cost and quick repsonse time.

    I am very satisfied and have referred friends to Paul Bange Roofing since I've had a very positive experience with their service. My service representative Bob exemplified professionalism, punctuality, dependability and very good scope of knowledge. My first contact with Bob occurred when I had a persistent leak in my roof. Bob was very friendly and patient crawling into my narrow attic until he was able to find the problem. The problem recurred and it was obvious my old roof needed replacement. Bob patiently sat down with his binder and explained the different type of roof tiles and the process involved, including permitting/ inspections and final city approval. He sent me to their showroom to have their staff help us pick out my roof tile. The placement of the roof went well, timely and efficiently. This was my first experience which was made very positive and reassuring, considering I was guided by a professional. I give them the highest rating.

    Highly Recommend excellent service!! Beyond expectations! Great Experience!     Quality Job, Experienced Crew, Bob Alex From the first meeting with Bob Alex, I had complete confidence that the job would be executed properly, on time and with no surprises.
    With my complicated work schedule, the crew always arrived on time, were neat and not demanding and cleaned up - amazing.
    Bob helped to point out several trouble spots and he personally made sure to follow up during every step of the job from tear down to installation of new tiles.
    If I had any questions, at any time, I could call Bob and he was always consistently present and able to solve any issues promptly.
    Thank you Paul Bange for having such a great crew and especially for having such an amazing person like Bob Alex. He made a daunting task easy.

    Workmanship is impeccable and there crew very professional I had my entire house roof done by Paul Bange Roofing last year. There crew were always on time and very professional.
